If you would like to schedule an individual session, inquire about attending a workshop, or have any questions, please feel free to email me at barijb@gmail.com, or call the office at North Country Counseling, 518-654-2398.  This number is a land line;  has voicemail and you may safely leave me a confidential message that will be retrieved only by me. While I do respond to emails for scheduling purposes, please remember that internet communications are not confidential. 

If you are on your way here to a scheduled meeting and are running late, got caught in traffic, or think you may have made a wrong turn, call the office number 518-654-2398 and I will be available to answer just in case.  If we are meeting at the barn or on the land, please call 518-796-5214 if you will be delayed for any reason. Your cooperation is appreciated.

If we are scheduled to meet at my office in Schenectady, and you are trying to reach me around the time of your appointment, please call 518-796-5214.
